Project meeting in Varna
On September 24-25, 2024, the "Silver Grow" partners participated in another project meeting in Varna, Bulgaria. The main objectives of this meeting included reviewing the project's progress, planning future activities, and conducting exercise testing sessions.
The first day of the meeting focused on several key areas, i.e., project management and monitoring and testing a fast-track training course for 50+ employees. On the second day, the project partners continued testing exercises and discussed issues of dissemination of the project. Throughout the meeting, partners could ask questions, offer suggestions, and make decisions on various aspects of the project.

Project meeting in Ljubljana
On April 23-24, 2024, another meeting of Silver Grow project partners was held in Ljubljana. The first day aimed to discuss the project's progress and plan future activities. During the first day, a summary of activities related to management, monitoring, project risks, financial issues, and project evaluation was presented, and exercises and scenarios prepared by the partners were discussed.
The partners also discussed issues regarding the concept and structure of the online course for 50+ employees. The second day was devoted to producing short videos to promote the project, supporting enterprises’ seniors, and digitally educating 50+ employees.

Project meeting in Stuttgart
On 19-20 September, the second partner group meeting took place in Stuttgart as part of the project entitled Silver Grow - Career Guidance and Digital Education for Senior Workers in Enterprises. During the meeting, the partners presented the progress achieved in work package 2 (WP2): the expert panel results were discussed, and the in-depth interviews were summarised.
Activities from work package 3 (WP3) were also on the agenda for discussion. These include a report with interactive parts/tools, a comparative analysis of tools supporting active aging in enterprises, a 'Fast Path,' and an interactive course. During the discussion, the participants tried to find the most suitable solutions for the project's target group - employees aged 50+.

On 16th and 17th February 2023, the Silver Grow Consortium took part in the project meeting in Poland. The host organization Voivodeship Labour Office in Katowice delivered two presentations:

Partners discussed, among others, the WP2: Forum group structure, the scheme of how to cooperate and conduct in-depth interviews with enterprises and suggestions models of questionnaires for them, WP3: structure how to present tools supporting active aging in enterprises in partner countries, WP4: the content of dissemination materials. On the second day of the visit, partners visited the Center for Vocational Development in Katowice.
